almost everything croquettes, but these Havarti cheese croquettes are
irresistible, really! This time we have used Havarti cheese, but you can
try any other cheese because they will be delicious with all of them. How

croquettes
Ingredients:
- 3 slices Havarti cheese
- 100g extra virgin olive oil
- 70g flour
- 1 small onion
- 280g milk
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
- Eggs
- Bread crumbs
How
to prepare cheese croquettes:
Chop the onion into small pieces and
poach in oil (about 5 minutes).
We incorporate the flour and without
stopping stirring with a spoon, we cook well so that later the croquettes do
not taste like flour.
Add the warm milk little by little,
stirring constantly with a whisk, until the dough thickens. Add a little
nutmeg and salt.
Lastly, add the diced
cheese. We mix well.
Remove the croquette dough from the
pan and let it rest until it cools down a bit and we don't burn ourselves when
forming the croquettes .
Once the dough does not burn, we
make balls and roll in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in plenty of hot oil and let
rest on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
We serve very hot, accompanied by a
good salad. We assure you that these cheese croquettes will
